Led by Certified Personal trainer + Bike Coach Candace.

Who is it for? Ages 16+, if you have any injuries please bring this to Candace's attention as she will be able to provide modifications for exercises where needed.

In this program, you'll:

• Strengthen key muscle groups essential for peak performance on the bike.
• Enhance flexibility and mobility to improve overall agility.
• Learn personalized techniques from a seasoned personal trainer and mountain bike coach.
• Connect with fellow riders in a supportive community environment.

When: Every Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

What to Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat,wear comfortable clothing and active footwear.
