All ski rental rates include a ski/splitboard with bindings, poles & skins.

RENTAL PICK-UP TIMES:
We open at 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday & 8:00am – 5:30pm Friday – Sunday for rental pick-ups starting Nov 23rd. However, you may pick-up rentals 4:00pm – 5:30pm the afternoon before your rental day at no extra cost (please let us know this when completing your booking). If you collect your rentals before 4:00pm the day before this will incur a full day rental charge.
RENTAL DROP-OFF TIMES:
We close at 6:00pm, please return rentals before we close. Please note, our team will not stay late to wait for you. Please leave plan your trip back to RideHub with enough time to drop the gear off.
DAMAGE:
Any damage to equipment must be made apparent to staff. Customers are responsible for the cost of repair to any equipment that would typically be incurred by an impact or accident, as judged by our staff. Damage Insurance is NOT INCLUDED by default with an equipment rental. Rental insurance is charged per day. (more information in waiver)
