Pick-Up & Drop-Off:
Flexible Collection: You can pick up your rental equipment the day before your adventure, at no additional charge. Simply arrange the details with us when you book.
Ski Boots & Bindings: Our skis allow you to use your standard alpine boots (same you use in resort). This is setup is perfect for those competing a AST Course, touring for short distances in a day. If you have a boot with touring mode these will also work. If you have any questions regarding this please contact our team.
Custom Pick-Up & Drop-Off: For your convenience, let us know your preferred pick-up and drop-off times in the “Additional Information” section at checkout. Whether you’re on a tight schedule or need specific arrangements, we’re happy to accommodate.
After-Hours Drop-Off: RideHub offers a secure drop box for returns after shop hours, so you can easily return your gear at a time that works best for you. RideHub also has a location in Whistler if you require to drop off the equipment here.

DAMAGE:
Any damage to equipment must be made apparent to staff. Customers are responsible for the cost of repair to any equipment that would typically be incurred by an impact or accident, as judged by our staff. Damage Insurance is NOT INCLUDED by default with an equipment rental. Rental insurance is charged per day. (more information in waiver)
