Pick-Up & Drop-Off:
Flexible Collection: You can pick up your rental equipment the day before your adventure, at no additional charge. Simply arrange the details with us when you book.
Custom Pick-Up & Drop-Off: For your convenience, let us know your preferred pick-up and drop-off times in the “Additional Information” section at checkout. Whether you’re on a tight schedule or need specific arrangements, we’re happy to accommodate.
After-Hours Drop-Off: RideHub offers a secure drop box for returns after shop hours, so you can easily return your gear at a time that works best for you.
Our goal is to ensure that your ride is hassle-free from start to finish, with personalized service to make your trip to the backcountry one to remember. If you have any special requests or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out during the booking process!
DAMAGE:
Any damage to equipment must be made apparent to staff. Customers are responsible for the cost of repair to any equipment that would typically be incurred by an impact or accident, as judged by our staff. Damage Insurance is NOT INCLUDED by default with an equipment rental. Rental insurance is charged per day. (more information in waiver)
